Founded in 1922
William Launder Vander Wall founded the business not long after World War I with little machinery and a lot of hard work. William wanted to offer quality products with great customer service. That ideas still rings true today. Vander Wall Brothers have come a long way from labored workers scrambling to move block by hand, to a fully automated production line. Not one hand touches the block until the mason places the block in a new project.
The company's offerings have also expanded. While Vander Wall Brothers serve many contractors throughout West Michigan, they have a range of products for the individual looking to do their own project. From a variety of of brick types to Cultured Stone™ and now the fire/hearth business, the product offering is extensive.
